Our custom manufactured rubber
covered rollers provide the consistency, reliability, and operating
efficiencies required by critical converting, extrusion, and processing
applications. We extensively evaluate roller design and operating conditions to create optimum performance rollers. For replacement rollers, Aarubco measures nip impressions to assure a roller's wear life by considering process factors such as temperature, pressure, humidity, and the presence of volatile solvents. ISO 9000 certified elastomeric compounds, through design engineering, and digitally controlled production equipment enable Aarubco to produce its long-wearing, high performance rollers. Special tapering, crowning, and grooving techniques meet the needs of the converting, printing, paper processing textile dyeing/finishing, and metal processing/finishing industries. |
Dual Durometer Rollers:
| Our dual durometer rollers replace
prematurely worn original components used in plastic converting
operations. Manufactured with an upgraded elastomeric compound, they maintain the double hardness surface required to meet the exacting design specification of proprietary converting equipment. Precision alignment of the dual durometer surfaces assures defect-free conversion of the film in aggressive converting applications. Used in continuous, 24-hour plant operation, these rollers with the replacement polymer material last up to six times longer than the original elastomeric rollers. |
